With years of experience behind the chair, Jon is known for making clients feel at home while delivering sharp cuts and well- groomed beards. Based in Arlington with his wife and daughter, he balances family life with keeping the company running smoothly. You’ll usually find him at the Ballston location, with occasional appearances at Kentlands.
Eric Renfro
Co-Founder and Barber
Meet Eric, a master of the classic barber style cut and a cornerstone of the Bearded Goat Barber since its establishment in 2019. With a pair of clippers and a razor in hand, he’s been perfecting the art of grooming since the turn of the millennium. His journey through the years has seen countless trends come and go, but Eric’s dedication to the timeless look and precision of traditional barbering has never wavered.
As a co-founder of Bearded Goat Barber, alongside his partners Jon and Scott, Eric has cultivated a space where camaraderie meets craftsmanship. His chair is more than just a spot for a haircut; it’s a haven for those seeking the quintessential barbershop experience. Eric’s expertise shines when it comes to sculpting beards and executing the perfect straight razor shave, ensuring every client leaves feeling sharp and refreshed.
Beyond his barbering prowess, Eric’s passion for culture enriches his craft. His love for music often sets the tone in the shop, with tunes that create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Pantea Cannon
Barber and Owner
Pantea, originally from Iran is a passionate and knowledgable stylist all around, she is a local and resides in Gaithersburg with her husband and their son. Growing up in europe makes her style a little different from most barbers. Pantea considers herself a foodie and enjoys cooking for her loved ones, she is a car lover, speaks multiple laguages and is always up to date with the latest fashion trends. Dedicated to make everyone look their best, she will give you her honest opinion and guide you in the right direction!
Cristian
Barber
With over 10 years of experience, Cristian delivers clean, tailored cuts with the kind of precision that keeps clients coming back. He’s serious about sharp fades and confident looks – but not too serious to crack a joke in the chair. When he’s not cutting, you’ll find him catching a game or outside keeping active.
Dennis
Barber
Dennis traded blueprints for buzz cuts- moving from building engineer to livensed barber after turning a basement hobby into a full time passion. He brings that same precision and dedication to every cut, making sure clietns leave looking sharp and feeling confident. When he’s not behind the chair, Dennis is all about cars, fishing, grilling, tattoos, and gaming. Whether it’s JDM builds, PC gaming, or best food spots in town, he’s always down to talk
